Repair of damage by the rod system
This course is designed to provide professionals with the necessary training to define the different types of damage to all bodywork components, the tools required for repair and the rodding techniques that allow for repair. The objective is to initiate people in this technique, who, with their skills, can manage to carry out repairs without painting in most cases.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL PROGRAM ( 40 Hours)
Duration Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Damage identification and classification
Knowledge of the tools and tools, with respect to each of the different applications of the same.
Repair of small and medium parking lot damage and unpainted vandalism.
Hail damage repair level 1 In both cases it will be practiced in the different parts where a vehicle can be affected.
Polishing techniques. Quality control
For this purpose, they will be trained using the different types of rods, pulling tools and the full range of Accessories and Complements.
You will finish the course with sufficient knowledge to be able to repair level 1 hail impacts and small parking lot impacts and vandalism.
Possibility to work with our company, after several weeks of internship, on hail repairs all over Europe.
The course includes the complete program of the course, graphic and audiovisual documentation, diploma.

Students who successfully complete the full course will continue with individual internships and after an evaluation after 8 to 10 weeks will be able to participate with our company in real hail claims repairs under the supervision of one of our Senior technicians and continue their professional life with Serprocar in Spain, Europe and other countries with our international clients.
